Our rates are $115.00 per night double occupancy and $95.00 single occupancy + 13% HST for the “Pine Room” + the “Teak Room” – $115.00 for the “Red Room”, single or double occupancy. All of our rooms have private bathrooms, TV, bar fridge, AC + free Wi-Fi. Check in time is 4:00pm, check out is 11:00am unless otherwise arranged with us.

Our complimentary breakfast includes: coffee, tea, juice, fresh bread, pastry, fresh fruits, yoghurt, a variety of nutritional cereals and a hot dish of the day. Should you need to be on the road early we also have our “breakie” bag to go – containing either coffee or tea + juice and either a bagel or a muffin. (Gluten-free options are available – just let us know when you book.)
Free parking and complimentary use of the laundry facility on the premises is also provided.
Should you decide to stay with us here at Homestead House B&B, we would require a Visa or Mastercard number with expiry date to hold your reservation.
Cancellation policy for B&B guests: Full payment required if cancelled 72 hours or less before arrival. Cancellation policy for long-term (1 month) B&B guests: 50% non-refundable payment required at time of booking, the balance upon arrival. $25 administration fee for any cancellation.
